Welcome to Oleksak Lumber Company!

Oleksak Lumber Company was founded in 1922 by Andrew T. Oleksak Sr., with a portable sawmill and a horse drawn logging sled, and 4 generations later, has grown to its present location in Westfield Massachusetts as producers of Northeastern Hardwood and Eastern White Pine lumber. Our mill now processes around 2 million feet of sawlogs annually, sourcing all native Northeast species without preference. Our forestry team manages 3,000 acres of family-owned timberlands under written forest management plans and current use programs. In addition to our own forests, we purchase timber from private landowners, municipalities, and state forests across Hampden and Berkshire Counties. Our logging practices consistently meet or exceed local, state, and federal standards.
